Howdy chat bot fans, and welcome back. In this lecture we’re going to just quickly talk about a couple other features from the Mobile Monkey Dashboard, so let’s just jump in right now.
So, again, this is your overview page, this is your main page where you can connect new pages, you can activate certain chat bots from the different pages you have connected over here. But, you could also take a look at all different active chat bots.
Now, it’s important to remember that in Mobile Monkey chat bots and pages are two separate entities, you could build chat bots without them necessarily being associated with a specific page, and you could then take the chat bots you’ve built and associate them with a certain page.
I could build a chat bot for one company, and if I want to associate that with a different Facebook page, I could do that at a later time.
So, this is a list of all the Facebook pages that you have connected, to connect a new page you would just click connect pages and you can connect different pages that you might have associated with your Facebook account.
If you’re an agency you’re likely to have multiple Facebook pages to connect, in other accounts we have many Facebook pages connected here, and if you go to chat bots you’ll see the actual chat bots you have and which Facebook page they’re associated with.
So, over here for example we have Sofa Mania chat bot, and it’s associated with my Sofa Mania page, and here’s an AdVenture media test chat bot associated with the AdVenture media group test page.
You could also toggle chat bots to be inactive or active, so if you have a chat bot that’s connected with a page and it’s active, that chat bot will be running in Facebook Messenger.
If you want to have a chat bot that’s not active while you’re building it, just make sure you go to the chat bots page over here and toggle it to be not active.
This is also the page where we’re going to go and we’re going to use this page to create new chat bots once the time comes.
Over here by users, this is where we could add users to the account, so if we invite a user, very simple, we’re going to copy this invite code and send it to whoever we want to have access to this Mobile Monkey account.
And that’s basically the overall view of the high level Mobile Monkey dashboard, it’s very straightforward.
One more quick thing, if you go into the settings wheel of any of these connected Facebook pages, you have the option to refresh the connection to Facebook sometimes,
If things are getting a little bit glitchy, or you made some changes to the Facebook account, like you up upgraded a profile picture or whatever it may be, you could refresh the connection to that Facebook page.
You could also disconnect the Facebook page from here, and then back to dashboard.
So, that’s an overview, again, of the high-level options and settings you have available at the Mobile Monkey account sign in level
