Howdy chatbot fans and welcome back.

When I build out the correct answer page, I want to accomplish two things.

One, I want to make them feel excited.

I want to give them the details of the prize that they want. I want to show them how they can redeem it.

And I also want to make them feel a sense of reciprocation, so they continue engaging with the bots and continue giving us valuable information about them.

So let’s go and build out the correct answer page.

Now remember, I want to make them feel excited. I want to have a typing widget go for, let’s say, four or five seconds, so they’re sort of waiting in suspense to see if they got the right answer.

So we’ll do it, let’s say, six seconds of typing. And then I’m going to add a text image that just says — now I could use their first name because they’ve already engaged with the bot.

So I use the first name and I’m going to give them a gif, of course, celebrate gif, nothing better than office gifs in my opinion.

And we have that gif loaded. And now we’re going to tell them exactly how they could take advantage of it.

So we’ll do quick typing, two seconds. And we can’t wait to buy — to buy one of your friends a – okay?

So I give them the details of the offer like we can’t wait and again, we’re establishing likability.

We’re being fun or being light. We want to just say one more thing that ‘in order to qualify, you must purchase at least — in order – you know what? I might — let’s see here ‘call us or visit us online — and mention code.

Let’s do it up here, as long as you purchase one — or we’ll just do ‘When you purchase at least one treatment for yourself or a friend, the second treatment will be on us’, okay?

So we gave them an offer where they — all they had to do was get engaged with our quiz.

And we’re giving them something which is worth $349. And I’m going to put that in there.

Now remember going back to our earlier lectures where we talked about Net Promoter Score and running promotions and using this to — and using this to get referrals and stuff like that.

We spoke about making sure that the promotions that you offer are not going to wipe out the profits, and we walked — went through different calculations and formulas to get there.

So this — we might offer a cheaper package or whatever it is, but we’ve crunched the numbers.

We understand that by offering a friend a free treatment, it’s going to increase lifetime repeat bookings, and it’s going to be a very valuable proposition for us, overall.

So this was not just created willy-nilly off the top of my head, this is a promotional offer that we’ve worked a long time developing with our client.

I’m going to delete this typing widget because I don’t need it.

Actually I’m going to bring back the typing widget, and I’m going to ask them something like — I want to — now I want to engage — I want them to engage.

So I’m going to say a quick question. It’s just literally straight-out asking them — is it okay if I ask them one more question like asking permission — that really, really curries favor — when you ask permission to ask a question.

We’ve seen much higher engagement rates. So ‘first name, is it okay if I ask you one more. Of I ask you another quick question’, no pressure, of course.

And you’ll be surprised how many people will answer — putting a throw away. And I’m going to be like, ‘okay thumbs up, sure thing – sure’, another answer is no more questions. No more questions, okay?

So if they write no more questions, if they answer no more questions, we’re going to, let’s say, send them to our welcome page, okay?

But if they answer sure, we’re going to continue this flow over here. Wait till those saves. I should — I’m getting some sort of every answer cannot be empty.

I have nothing empty, let’s wait till it saves one more time. Refresh the page, everything should be good.

So I just removed that emoji, the thumbs up emoji real quick because I know that Customers.ai, today, is actually working on some additional emoji support.

So it might be a little — it might — I think it’s just a little glitchy for that reason today.

So if somebody answered no more questions, they go to the welcome page; and if somebody answers sure no page, and we’re going to continue on and we’re going to ask them the very simple question, have they ever tried IV therapy before.

So we’re going to say thanks. So I’m going to put a new attribute for ‘tried before’ – ‘tried IV before’ and my answer is going to be ‘Yes, I have’ or ‘No, I have not’.

And the yes, I have will go to the veterans page, right? And the no, I have not going to go to the rookie page. Great, okay?

So yes, I have no — I have not.

And that’s the end of this flow because we have a quick question. Whenever you have a quick question with both answers associated with pages, that’s the end of your flow.

Now let’s go ahead and build the incorrect answer page.

So we’ll say something like type in, I’m going to try — go to this quickly – sorry, ‘first name, that’s not the right answer, okay?

And I’m going to save this one as throwaway and the input type will be multiple. Again, we’re going to answer those. We’ll do — let’s see, we’ll do 19 minutes again and that’s going to be associated with the correct page. Correct answer will have 120 minutes.

You know that wasn’t an option before. So it should be help them.

I’m going to show you a trick, we could send this back to this page by just selecting incorrect answer page, so I don’t need to continue the flow.

If they collect — if they submit 120 minutes this time, I’m just going to bring them back to the start of this very same page, it could repeat itself, it’s brilliant, it’s a really cool trick to learn.

And one more answer, we’ll do 30 minutes; another option that don’t exist in the other one.

And we’ll do incorrect page. And that’s that. Again, the end of the flow because all three answers to a quick question have associated pages.

So 19 minutes goes to the correct answer, 120 and 30 minutes goes to this same page and just restart from the top.

So this is the incorrect answer page. I want to go ahead now and test this quickly from the very top — from the Messenger landing page and see if we have any major bugs we need to deal with.

We should be able to get people from the first page into the correct answer page and into the incorrect answer page.

So let’s click test this page and open it up in Messenger right now.

‘So thanks for stopping by, ResetIV has provided over 15,000 IV hangover treatments. Contest, how many minutes do you think it takes for a hangover IV treatment to completely cure a severe – sever, so let me just change that to severe, spelling errors, severe, okay?

I’m going to click 19 minutes because I know that’s the right answer.

Let me have that type in. Remember like I want to be in suspense, like am giving — is it right? is a right, is it wrong? what’s going to happen? Am I going to win, that’s the right answer, I think now you could use my first name. I got my gif, a little bit more type in.

‘We can’t wait to buy one of your friends in an IV mixer should be an IV treatment, okay?

A couple different grammatical errors we’ll have to fix.

When you’re ready to book call us or visit us online at you said IV calm — and that link is a hyperlink and mentioned code fbq is 19, great. ‘Isaac, it was okay. If I ask you another question, no pressure. Of course.’

‘Sure’, ‘Thanks, Isaac have you ever tried IV hydration therapy before?’ ‘No, I have not’, that’s going to send me to a blank page.

So we didn’t do that yet, but now, let’s say, I want to see how this looks.

If I click — I want to make sure the incorrect page is working. So I’ll go back to Customers.ai and I’m going to test this page, again, sometimes it to click ‘get started’ during these tests and then test the page again.

Yes. So now here it is.

I’m going to click the wrong answer, 90 minutes. Type in ‘I’m not sure what’s happening here’ am I right? Am I right? Am I wrong — sorry I say that’s not the right answer but we really want to give you another try. ‘Give our quiz one more shot.’

And I’m going to hit the wrong answer again. I’m going to say 120 minutes.

‘Sorry, Isaac that’s not the right answer.’ So this is working, it’s looping us back to the beginning of that same exact page and I can give the quiz another shot.

Now I’m going to do 19 minutes and it should now send me to the right answer.

And of course, this is not supposed to be a hard quiz. We don’t want people losing. We want everyone winning because we’re generating these leads. It’s incredible.

And usually when people go to Vegas with a party, if they’re booking not just for one or two friends, they have a bachelor party, a bachelorette party, sometimes we get bookings of 20, 30, 40 people, so it’s offering to offer us to comp one of your friends, when you come, it’s huge?

Is it okay to ask another question? We’ve done this, we’ve been through this one before and everything seems to be working, so far, so good.
